Schedule: Monday–Friday, Daytime School Hours (No Weekends or Nights)

As a School LPN, you will provide essential school nursing services to students and staff during the academic day. This includes managing chronic health conditions, administering medication, delivering first aid, and promoting a healthy school environment in accordance with school district policies and state regulations.
Provide daily nursing care, health assessments, and first aid
Administer prescribed medications and monitor student responses
Support students with chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and epilepsy
Develop and manage Individual Health Plans (IHPs)
Maintain accurate and confidential student health records
Educate students and staff on illness prevention and hygiene practices
Respond to emergencies and participate in school safety protocols
Required:
Active and valid LPN license (State-specific as required)
CPR/BLS certification (current)
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a school team
Preferred:
Experience in pediatrics, school nursing, or community health
Familiarity with 504 Plans, IEPs, and IHPs
Previous experience working in a school-based healthcare setting
