This role involves serving as a dedicated LPN or RN, providing vital care and supervision during morning bus transport to and from the Virginia Barton Education Center. Desired Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license in Massachusetts required
• Minimum of one years experience in pediatric, school nursing, or similar healthcare settings
• Comfortable caring for students with g-tubes, seizure disorders (including administration of Valtoco PRN), oral suctioning, oxygen therapy, and allergy management with EpiPen
• Calm, compassionate presence and ability to respond confidently to emergencies
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability to meet varied student needs

Your Responsibilities:

• Ride morning school bus route, monitoring and attending to students medical needs (6:15 AM 7:45 AM, approximately 7.5 hours weekly)
• Perform interventions such as g-tube checks, respiratory support, seizure response, oral suctioning, and allergy management
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the school nursing staff and transport team
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold standards of professional nursing practice
