School Registered Nurse (RN) OR Practical Nurse (LPN) | Trach Support

Blazer Jobs is now interviewing for a dedicated and compassionate RN or LPN for a full-time, onsite position in Raytown, MO for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year (August 7, 2025 – May 22, 2026). This role is a 1:1 assignment with a 10-year-old female student with severe trach dependence.

Position Details:

• Caseload: 1:1 with a 10-year-old student who has severe trach dependence

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (school hours)

• Duration: 8/7/2025 – 5/22/2026

• Setting: Onsite within school and during student transportation

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide direct trach care and monitoring throughout the school day

• Ride in school transportation with the student to ensure medical safety

• Administer medications and monitor vitals as needed

• Maintain documentation on student health status and interventions

• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals

• Respond to emergencies with confidence and professionalism

Requirements:

• Active Missouri RN or LPN license

• Prior experience with trach care

• Ability to safely support students during transportation and classroom activities

• School-based or pediatric experience is highly preferred

Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.

Compensation and Benefits:

• LPN Pay: $30–$35/hour

• RN Pay: $40–$45/hour
  (Pay is based on experience)
