Rolling Meadows School RN Position Long-Term Opportunity

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for a full-time role with school districts in the Rolling Meadows, IL area. Applicant Requirements (Must Meet All):

• Active Illinois RN license in good standing

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or community health nursing preferred

• Compliance with all Illinois state and district health requirements, including background check and fingerprint clearance

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, chronic illness management, and emergency response

• Administer and monitor prescribed medications and treatments

• Maintain accurate health records in compliance with district and state guidelines

• Conduct health screenings (vision, hearing, scoliosis, etc.) as required

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to support student well-being

• Educate students and staff on health and wellness topics

• Ensure adherence to communicable disease prevention and reporting protocols
