We're hiring a Float School Nurse in St. Louis, MO—someone confident in navigating a variety of school-based environments and passionate about working with students who require complex medical support.

Position Overview

• Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite Only)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, based on student needs

• Dates: ASAP – May 23, 2025
  + ESY (Extended School Year) required in June

• Type: Full-Time, Float Role

• License Required: Active Missouri RN license or Compact RN License

• Bus Riding Required 
  Be ready to ride to and from school with students.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Float between schools and programs as needed

• Provide nursing care for wheelchair-bound and medically fragile students

• Monitor and respond to seizures, tracheostomy care, and other complex health conditions

• Step in at alternate locations when students are absent to ensure full-time hours are met

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, teachers, and support staff

Who We're Looking For

• RNs with a strong background in pediatric or school-based care

• Professionals experienced in seizure response and trach management

• Adaptable team players who thrive in changing environments

• Compassionate caregivers with excellent communication skills

• Must be comfortable with bus riding and floating daily
