Key Qualifications:

• Valid NJ RN License required
• Previous school nursing experience preferred
• Previous experience with G-tubes a plus
• Capable of in-person, on-site assignments only
• Willing to ride the bus with the student (8-8:15 AM 3:30 PM, MondayFriday)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive one-on-one care for a medically fragile student
• Provide G-tube care and monitor the students health throughout the school day
• Accompany student on bus rides to and from school
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate health records and comply with school protocols
