Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential nursing support at a K–8 school in Tampa, FL. This role involves general school nursing duties within a health office setting, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), supporting the health and safety of students from kindergarten through 8th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer basic first aid and daily health care to students

• Dispense medication and monitor students with chronic conditions

• Maintain accurate health records and documentation

• Communicate with parents, staff, and healthcare providers as needed

• Promote a healthy and safe school environment

Qualifications:

• Active Florida LPN license

• CPR/BLS certification (current)

• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or public health setting preferred

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy school health room

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
