Registered Nurse (RN/BSN) | School-Based Opportunity Vallejo, CA

BlazerJobs is currently partnering with a school district in Vallejo, CA, seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN/BSN) to support students across the district for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact while working within an educational setting.

Position Details:

• Location: Vallejo, California

• Status: Actively Interviewing

• Start Date: New School Year (NSY)

• Schedule: Typically 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (subject to slight adjustments per campus needs)

• Caseload: District-wide coverage, providing services to students requiring G-tube feedings, diabetic care, and health-related documentation through Paradigm and paper logs.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $40 – $55/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.

• Previous experience working in a school environment is preferred.

• Strong clinical skills in G-tube management, diabetic care, and accurate documentation practices.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and health support to a diverse student population.

• Collaborate with educational staff and families to promote student health and academic success.

• Maintain accurate and timely health records, ensuring compliance with district and state standards.
