Full-Time Middle-School Psychologist NSY

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School Psychologists for a full-time role with partner school districts in the Annandale, VA area. We are seeking licensed professionals who are committed to supporting the emotional, academic, and behavioral success of students in a collaborative school environment.

Position Requirements:
Applicants must meet all Virginia state and local requirements, including:

• Valid Virginia Board of Education School Psychologist license or eligibility to obtain one

• Completion of an approved specialist-level or doctoral degree program in School Psychology

• Completion of a supervised internship in school psychology

• Background check and fingerprint clearance through the Virginia Department of Education

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• School-based experience preferred, but not required

Typical Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations

• Develop individualized recommendations and support plans for students

• Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to address academic and behavioral needs

• Participate in the development and monitoring of IEPs and 504 Plans

• Provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
