School Psychologist - Arvada, Colorado

The role is fully onsite, working collaboratively with students, families, and educational teams to advance academic, social-emotional, and behavioral growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Masters, Specialists, or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
• Active CDE Special Service Provider License in School Psychology
• Prior school-based experience required
• Proficiency with student assessment and report writing
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Calm, solution-focused approach in crisis situations
• Comfort using technology for service documentation and communication
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and responsiveness to varied backgrounds
• Ability to manage multiple school assignments and changing priorities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect counseling services per IEP mental health goals
• Develop and implement interventions for academic and emotional needs
• Complete assessments (cognitive, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive skills)
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and progress monitoring
• Participate in MDT, IEP, and behavior support team meetings
• Provide crisis response, suicide/threat assessments, and safety planning
• Collaborate with families, educators, and community partners
• Deliver staff professional development and psychoeducation
• Conduct home/wellness visits and provide relevant community resources
