Now Hiring: Hybrid School-Based Psychologist
Are you a School Psychologist passionate about supporting student success through a flexible, dynamic role? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to join our educational team in a hybrid capacity, offering a balance between on-site assessments and virtual collaboration.
About the Role:
This hybrid School Psychologist position allows you to combine in-person evaluations with remote support services. You’ll work alongside educators, families, and specialists to create a positive, inclusive learning environment and ensure that each student receives the services they need to thrive.
Responsibilities Include:
Conducting psychoeducational assessments to determine student eligibility for special education services
Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Providing direct and indirect counseling or consultation to support students’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health
Offering crisis intervention and behavior support services as needed
Consulting with teachers, administrators, and families to implement evidence-based interventions
Keeping thorough and timely records and documentation of all services
Engaging in ongoing professional development and compliance training
Qualifications:
Master’s, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
Experience conducting assessments and interpreting data in an educational setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with virtual platforms and technology used for remote service delivery
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
