Embark on a meaningful contract assignment supporting students development as a School Psychologist in the Denver area. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to work in one of two multi-school assignments, with caseloads spanning Early Childhood Education through High School. Your expertise will help shape positive educational experiences and address the evolving mental health needs of students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of prior school psychology experience
  • Masters, Specialist, or Doctorate in School Psychology
  • Active CDE Special Service Provider License endorsement in School Psychology
  • Exceptional skills in assessment, documentation, and case management
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and technology competencies
  • Calm presence, critical thinking, and adaptability, especially in crisis situations
  • Cultural sensitivity and proven ability to collaborate with diverse school communities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver group and individual counseling aligned with IEP mental health goals
  • Design interventions that foster academic, social, and emotional growth
  • Conduct cognitive, social, and behavioral assessments and generate comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Support students through crisis management, risk assessment, and safety plan development
  • Document services provided, monitor progress, and maintain compliance in all reporting
  • Collaborate with educators, families, outside providers, and interdisciplinary teams on behalf of students
  • Participate in IEP pre-planning, MTSS, professional development, and behavioral health teams
  • Offer psychoeducation, consultation, and access to community resources for students and staff

This school-based contract begins as soon as possible and continues through May 26, 2027, with 37.5 hours per week during regular school hours, Monday through Friday.
