Qualifications:

  • Masters, Specialists, or Doctorate in School Psychology
  • Active CDE Special Service Provider License endorsement in School Psychology
  • Previous experience as a School Psychologist in a school setting (required)
  • Strong assessment, intervention, crisis management, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency with relevant computer and tech tools
  • Must complete district background check and fingerprinting

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver counseling and mental health supports as outlined in IEPs
  • Develop interventions at individual, group, and system levels
  • Complete assessments, evaluations, and progress reports
  • Participate in collaborative meetings for IEPs, MTSS, and behavioral health
  • Crisis management, including risk/threat assessments and support plans
  • Provide psychoeducation, academic/behavioral consultation, and connect families to resources
