School Psychologist | Bear, Delaware

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must hold a valid Delaware Psychologist License
• Previous experience as a school psychologist preferred
• Comfortable working onsite with elementary-aged students
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators
• Proficient in assessments, counseling, and developing intervention plans
• Willingness to pay for CBC fingerprinting ($85 fee applies)

What Youll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Provide direct and indirect support to students, including counseling and consultation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers and families to support student learning and emotional well-being
• Offer crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to all confidentiality laws and district policies
• Work Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week, with a daily 30-minute unpaid lunch
