Job Description: School-Based Psychologist (Full-Time)
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of students? We’re looking for a dedicated School-Based Psychologist to join our team in Bensenville, IL, for the 2025/2026 school year. In this full-time role, you’ll have the opportunity to support students’ mental health and help them succeed both academically and emotionally.
Details of the Role:
- Full-Time Position: 37.5 hours per week.
- Start Date: 8/26/2025.
- End Date: 5/29/2026.
- Caseload: K-5th grade (around 40 students).
- On-Site: You’ll be working directly at the school locations.
- Competitive Pay: Based on your experience and location.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and provide treatment to students to support their mental health.
- Work closely with school staff to create personalized treatment plans that help meet each student's individual needs.
- Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions for students who need extra support.
- Keep confidential student records and documentation in line with school policies and regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- An active, valid license.
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and building relationships with students, staff, and parents.
