Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced School Psychologists for a fully remote, full-time position serving a school district in Cedartown, Georgia. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in special education and experience working collaboratively with school teams and families. All applicants must meet the licensure and certification requirements outlined by the state of Georgia and local educational authorities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations virtually to support special education eligibility and planning

• Interpret assessment data and provide written reports aligned with district and state standards

• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans

• Provide tele-counseling services, including individual and group support sessions

• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Offer consultation to teachers, administrators, and parents on academic, emotional, and behavioral interventions

• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with timelines, and adherence to confidentiality standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in virtual or teletherapy settings

• Familiarity with virtual assessment tools and platforms

• Strong understanding of special education law and evaluation procedures

• Excellent communication and time management skills
