Location: Chester, PA
Pay Rate: $53–$63 per hour (based on experience)

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School Psychologists for positions with school districts in the Chester, PA area. This is an excellent opportunity to provide essential psychological and educational support to students while collaborating with a dedicated school team.

Requirements:

Applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program

• Current Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification as a School Psychologist (Educational Specialist)

• Successful completion of state and federal background checks

• Knowledge of special education law, Response to Intervention (RTI), and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)

• Prior school-based experience preferred

Responsibilities:

As a School Psychologist, your typical responsibilities will include:

• Conducting psychoeducational and behavioral assessments

• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Providing individual and group counseling for students

• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student needs

• Assisting in the creation and monitoring of behavioral intervention plans

• Supporting crisis intervention and prevention strategies

• Promoting student mental health and social-emotional learning
