Your Daily Impact

Position Details: Full-time, on-site role (40 hours per week) serving multiple school sites throughout Corpus Christi

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students
• Lead and contribute meaningfully to IEP meetings and educational planning
• Collaborate closely with students, families, teachers, and administrators
• Develop individualized intervention plans that remove barriers to learning
• Support crisis intervention and behavioral management strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring

Your work will be hands-on, personal, and essential to creating positive educational outcomes for every student you serve.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of school-specific experience required
• Active Texas Psychologist Licensure required
• Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychology Credential issued by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists
• Comprehensive knowledge of school-based assessments, counseling techniques, and IEP processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse educational teams
• Full-time, on-site commitment required - no virtual or part-time arrangements available
• Passion for supporting student mental health and academic success
