School Psychologist - Cypress, Texas

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold current School Psychologist licensure in Texas
• Bachelors, Masters, or higher degree in School Psychology or related field
• Thorough understanding of school-based psychological assessment and intervention
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across multiple campuses
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to guide educational decisions
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized student support plans within a multi-disciplinary team
• Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs and supports
• Support data-based decision making to foster student achievement and mental wellness
• Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with district and state regulations
• Focus on intervention and assessmentthe district employs Licensed Professional Counselors, so counseling services are not expected
