Take the next step in your school psychology career with a contract opportunity near Denver, CO, supporting students across two schools. This full-time assignment (37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday) requires direct onsite service, working with special education populations from Early Childhood through High School, with assignments determined on a first-come, first-served basis.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters, Specialists, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
  • Active CDE Special Service Provider License endorsement in School Psychology
  • Minimum three years of prior experience working as a School Psychologist in a school setting
  • Strong assessment skills and knowledge of professional practices in school psychology
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication; technology literate
  • Calm and effective in crisis situations, with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to collaborate with diverse students, families, colleagues, and community partners
  • Required to complete fingerprinting and background check per district protocol

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver group and individual counseling aligned with IEP goals
  • Develop and implement individual, group, and system-level interventions for academic, behavioral, and mental health needs
  • Conduct assessments, interpret data, and generate evaluation reports and IEP documentation
  • Respond to crises, conduct suicide and threat assessments, and provide related support
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, progress monitoring, and professional development
  • Consult and collaborate with families, educators, administrators, and external providers
  • Facilitate psychoeducation and wellness visits, consult on academic and behavioral issues, and coordinate community resources
