Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology
• Valid state certification as a School Psychologist
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills for K-8 students
• Experience with multi-tiered systems of support and IEP processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and contribute to eligibility determination
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to students and staff
• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of individual education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings across 3 elementary or 2 middle school buildings
• Offer expertise in behavioral interventions and multi-tiered systems of support
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive educational environment
