Enhance K-12 student success by leveraging your expertise as a school psychologist on a contract basis in the vibrant Eden Prairie, MN area. Multiple opportunities are available for both full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time roles (ranging from 18 to 26 hours weekly), with the flexibility for you to make a meaningful impact while fitting your preferred schedule.

Youll work alongside educators and other support staff, providing critical assessment, intervention, and consultation services for students in grades K-12 (excluding early childhood). Typical work hours run from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Location assignments will be finalized closer to your start date, offering the chance to serve diverse student populations and bring your passion for equity and inclusion to the forefront.

To be considered, youll need:

• An Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, or equivalent.
• A valid Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB).
• Expertise in evidence-based school psychology practices, including student evaluation, intervention, and mental health supports.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive student services.

Preferred background includes:

• National Certification as a School Psychologist (NCSP) or eligibility.
• Experience guiding MTSS implementation, and providing consultation and intervention.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and the ability to support adult learners.
• In-depth understanding of special education law and compliance.
• Previous work in urban or multicultural educational settings.
• Crisis prevention, intervention, and mental health crisis management knowledge.
