Position: School Psychologist / Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP)
Location: El Paso, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract (School Year 2025–2026)
Compensation (based on experience):
$43–$50 per hour
Weekly Take-Home: $1,593–1,718
Equivalent Hourly Range for Travel: $54–59 per hour

As a School Psychologist/LSSP in El Paso, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include conducting psychoeducational assessments, interpreting results, and contributing to eligibility determinations. You will collaborate with educators, families, and IEP teams to design individualized education programs, provide counseling and intervention services, and ensure compliance with IDEA and Texas state education regulations.
Qualifications (Texas):
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Current Texas LSSP licensure
Strong background in psychoeducational assessment, counseling, and intervention
Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and state education laws
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
