Compensation

• Local Pay: $56–$66 per hour (based on experience)

• Travel Pay: $1,944–$2,218 weekly take-home (equivalent to $72–$84/hour)

About the Role
We are seeking a School Psychologist for Elgin schools. This position is primarily onsite with the possibility of a 3/2 hybrid schedule for indirect services. Both monolingual and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Duties

• Conduct psychological and educational evaluations

• Collaborate with IEP teams on development and implementation

• Provide counseling, behavioral support, and interventions

• Support teachers and families with strategies for student success

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology

• Illinois PEL with School Psychologist endorsement

• Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English) preferred for select openings

• Prior school-based experience a plus
