Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active CDE license required (or application in process for travelers)
• Ability to work onsite, full time (1.0 FTE) from 11/1/2026 to 1/29/2027 for maternity leave coverage
• Prior experience in school settings as a School Psychologist or Social Worker
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thoroughly describe experience, skillset, and approach during interviews
• High energy, lively attitude, and a positive, engaging presence with both staff and students
• Approximate caseload of 40 students, requiring effective case management and organization
• For travelers: willingness to research the area, plan housing, and address travel logistics is essential

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct psychological or social work services to students, addressing their cognitive, academic, and social-emotional needs
• Assess, evaluate, and develop intervention strategies tailored to individual student profiles
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive, inclusive learning environments
• Contribute to intervention planning and the creation of IEP/504 documents
• Provide consultation, crisis response, and guidance to students and colleagues
