Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced School Psychologists for a full-time position with school districts in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area. We are looking for skilled professionals who are dedicated to providing comprehensive psychological services to support student development and academic success.

Location: Fayetteville, NC
Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Renewal: Based on performance

Required Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the following North Carolina state and local requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

• Valid North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) certification as a School Psychologist

• Completion of an approved school psychology internship (minimum 1,200 hours)

• Knowledge of IDEA and Section 504 processes and regulations

• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening

• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments to evaluate academic, emotional, and behavioral needs

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Provide counseling services to students individually and in groups

• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote student success

• Participate in eligibility meetings and provide insights for placement and support

• Support crisis intervention and mental health services within the school community

• Assist in the development of prevention programs and positive school climate initiatives
