Qualifications:
Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
Demonstrated experience in assessment, counseling, and behavioral interventions with K-12 students
Strong understanding of school-based processes, including IEPs, RTI, and MTSS
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Adaptable and comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with diverse student populations and varying educational needs

Role Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological, academic, and behavioral assessments with a typical caseload of 8-10 students at a time
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement interventions for student success
Provide counseling services, crisis intervention, and support for individual students or groups
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, offering expertise to help guide educational plans
Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation of student progress and assessments
