School Psychologist - Fruitland, NM

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid NM PED School Psychologist License (required)
• Masters degree or Doctorate in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Ability and willingness to travel to multiple school sites within the district
• Experience conducting evaluations and developing intervention plans for students
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Strong commitment to culturally responsive care and educational equity

What Youll Do:

• Conduct psychological and educational evaluations for an average caseload of 30-40 assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor individualized learning and behavioral plans
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Provide recommendations and interventions that foster a positive learning environment
• Contribute to professional development and training for school staff as needed
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
