School Psychologist - Garland, TX

Step into an impactful role supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students as a School Psychologist. Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and report writing
• Familiarity with Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)
• Strong communication, organizational, and consultation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify academic and behavioral strengths and needs among students
• Develop and present individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with team members
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and support for students
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding strategies to improve student outcomes
• Deliver professional development to staff and contribute to school-wide initiatives
• Maintain confidential, accurate records, and adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines
