Qualifications & Qualities Sought:

• Valid School Psychologist certification (state-appropriate)
• Experience conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and counseling students preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP and 504 processes
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Fingerprinting required ($85 CBC fingerprinting fee applies)
• TB test and Child Protective Registry Check completion required
• Comfort working full-time onsite during school hours

Core Accountabilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and supportive counseling
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor student intervention strategies
• Participate actively in special education eligibility, review, and planning meetings
• Offer crisis intervention and consult on behavioral supports as needed
• Maintain compliance with all district and state reporting and documentation
• Help foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all students

Key Details:

• Contract through June 8, 2027
• Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 35 hours weekly (30-minute unpaid lunch daily)
• Onsite presence required at the elementary school
