Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive school psychological services to students across 2-3 school locations while based at the central office
• Engage in psychoeducational assessments, eligibility determinations, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Consult with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective strategies for student support
• Collaborate closely with district staff; counseling responsibilities are handled by dedicated LPCs, allowing you to focus on core psychological practices
• Contribute to a workload-based model, ensuring balanced and manageable expectations for each staff member

Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist license in Texas is required
• Experience delivering psychological services in educational settings
• Strong assessment, consultation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple schools and teams
