Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School Psychologists for a full-time position with school districts in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. We are seeking dedicated professionals committed to fostering students’ academic, social, and emotional success.
Applicants must meet all state and local requirements to apply, including:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
Valid Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) School Services Personnel License with a School Psychologist endorsement
Completion of an IDOE-approved School Psychology preparation program, including internship requirements
Knowledge of Indiana special education laws and federal regulations (IDEA, Section 504, FERPA, etc.)
Strong assessment, data interpretation, and consultation skills
Successful completion of background check and fingerprint clearance
Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conducting psychological and educational assessments to evaluate student needs
Developing and supporting individualized education programs (IEPs) and intervention strategies
Collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to promote student growth
Providing counseling, behavioral support, and crisis intervention services
Assisting with implementation of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS)
Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
