Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and dedicated School Psychologists for full-time roles with school districts in the Jackson, GA area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to student well-being in a collaborative, student-first educational environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must meet all Georgia state and local certification requirements, including:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program

• Valid Georgia School Psychologist certification or licensure (LSSP - Licensed Specialist in School Psychology)

• Completion of supervised internships or clinical experience

• Background check and fingerprint clearance as required by the Virginia Education Agency (TEA)

• School-based experience preferred, but not required

Typical Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic evaluations in compliance with district and state requirements

• Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support academic, social, and emotional development

• Assist with development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
