School Psychologist | Lakeville, Minnesota

Make a powerful impact supporting K-12 students as a contracted school psychologist in the Lakeville, MN area. Opportunities are open for one full-time and two part-time professionals to deliver direct and consultative services. Exact school locations will be confirmed prior to assignment, offering the flexibility to match your preferences and experience. Typical hours are weekdays, 8:00 am 4:00 pm.

Key Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, or equivalent
• Active Minnesota school psychologist license from PELSB
• Commitment to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive delivery
• Strong foundation in evidence-based assessment, intervention, and mental health supports
• Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) preferred or NCSP-eligibility
• Experience in MTSS/problem-solving consultation
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
• Depth of knowledge in special education law and compliance
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in urban and multicultural school environments a plus

Role Highlights:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop intervention strategies, and provide crisis response
• Serve as a collaborative partner with educators, administrators, and families
• Support MTSS, prevention, and postvention initiatives

Available Schedules:

• Full-time: 37.5 hours/week
• Part-time: 2526 hours/week (approx. 3.5 days)
• Part-time: about 18 hours/week (approx. 2.5 days)
