Exciting opportunities are available for experienced School Psychologists seeking a dynamic, full-time contract role in the Denver area. This engaging position involves working across two school sites, with assignments ranging from early childhood through high school. The start date is immediate, extending through May 2027.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters, Specialists, or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
  • Active CDE Special Service Provider License with School Psychology endorsement
  • Minimum of 3 years previous experience in school settings required
  • Strong abilities in assessment, evaluation, and data-driven reporting
  • Calm and effective in crisis response situations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with current computer technology and documentation tools
  • Demonstrated competency working collaboratively with diverse students, families, and teams

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct counseling to special education students through both individual and group sessions
  • Participate in interventions addressing academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs as they relate to student progress
  • Complete and interpret cognitive, behavioral, and adaptive skills assessments; prepare comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Take part in crisis management, including suicide and threat assessments, and developing safety plans
  • Consult with teachers, families, and outside service providers to ensure all factors affecting student adjustment are addressed
  • Document services thoroughly through progress logs and IEP evaluations
  • Participate in collaborative meetings, IEP planning, and professional development sessions
  • Provide psychoeducational services and coordinate access to community resources

This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule for 37.5 hours weekly and the opportunity to make a significant impact supporting students success and well-being. Assignments may range from ECE to high school-aged students and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
