School Psychologist - Mobile, AL

Step into a dynamic educational environment and play a key role in supporting students learning journeys. We're seeking motivated and compassionate professionals with experience in either School Psychology or as a School Psychometrist to serve K12 students for the upcoming academic year. This contract opportunity starts October 1, 2026, and runs through May 26, 2027, with a strong possibility for renewal based on performance.

Youll work on-site, collaborating directly with educators and support staff to assess and support student needs across multiple school locations in the Mobile area. Your expertise will help guide educational programming and interventions that inspire growth and success for students of diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications & Credentials:

• Masters degree in Psychology or a related field (School Psychometrist or School Psychologist)
• Current, valid professional license as a School Psychometrist
• Experience working with K12 populations preferred
• Ability to travel between assigned school locations if needed
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to provide proof of licensing credentials

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students K12
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to teachers, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
• Potentially work in itinerant settings, traveling between buildings as testing demands require
