Key Qualifications:

• Current, active School Psychologist license in Delaware
• Experience working as a school psychologist in an elementary setting preferred
• Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Familiarity with IEP processes, FBA/BIP creation, and data-driven interventions
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
• Candidates must agree to and cover the $85 CBC fingerprinting requirement

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to support student learning and growth
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Participate in student support planning, data collection, and progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

This role offers a set schedule with Monday through Friday daytime hours (35 hours weekly, 30-minute unpaid lunch), spanning from the start date through June 8, 2027.
