Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced School Psychologists for a full-time position with school districts in the Ontario, CA area. We are looking for committed professionals who are passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must meet all local and state requirements for School Psychologists in California, including:

  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution

  • Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology

  • Completion of a Commission-approved School Psychology program

  • Knowledge of California Education Code, IDEA, and federal special education regulations

  • Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and working with IEP teams

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Administer and interpret psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, and emotional needs

  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to develop and implement IEPs and intervention plans

  • Provide individual and group counseling to students

  • Consult with school staff to support student success and behavioral health

  • Participate in SST (Student Study Team), MTSS, and special education eligibility meetings

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

  • Support crisis intervention and school-wide mental health initiatives
