Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School Psychologists for a full-time role with school districts in the Phoenix, AZ area. We are seeking passionate professionals committed to helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:
Hold a Master’s Degree or higher in School Psychology or a closely related field
Possess an active Arizona Department of Education (ADE) School Psychologist Certificate
Hold a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Have prior experience working as a School Psychologist in a school setting
Meet all local and state compliance requirements, including background checks, licensing verifications, and ongoing professional development
Applicants who do not meet the outlined requirements will not be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
Typical responsibilities for this position may include:
Conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results for eligibility and program planning
Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student development
Designing and implementing behavioral and academic interventions
Providing direct mental health services, including counseling and crisis intervention
Assisting in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
Consulting with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive learning environments
Maintaining accurate, detailed, and timely documentation according to district and state regulations
