School Psychologist | Pickerington, Ohio

Make a meaningful difference supporting students at the junior high level with a contract opportunity for a licensed School Psychologist. This onsite position is designed to cover a maternity leave, offering the rewarding chance to contribute to students social, emotional, and academic growth in a dynamic educational environment.

With a start date as soon as possible extending through November 1, 2026, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to implement evidence-based interventions and support systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must possess an active School Psychologist license for Ohio
• Previous experience working in a school setting required
• Background working with junior high or adolescent populations is preferred
• Strong communication, consultation, and collaborative skills
• Ability to conduct psychoeducational assessments, write clear reports, and participate in team meetings
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect psychological services to junior high students
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments, interpret results, and make recommendations for educational planning
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to design and implement individualized interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings, consultation, and crisis intervention when necessary
• Serve as a resource for staff development and parent education relating to student social-emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all state and district guidelines
