Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
• Valid Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB)
• Commitment to equity, culturally responsive practice, and inclusive service delivery
• Experience with evidence-based school psychology practices: assessment, intervention, and mental health support
• Preferred: NCSP or NCSP-eligible, MTSS framework experience, leadership and facilitation skills, crisis support knowledge, familiarity with federal/state special education laws
• Successful experience in urban, multicultural school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychological services for K-12 students (not early childhood)
• Provide assessment, intervention, and consultation within a collaborative team
• Support crisis intervention, prevention, and mental health initiatives
• Advise on best practices and legal compliance in special education
• Work full-time (37.5 hrs) or part-time (1826 hrs)
