Full-Time School Psychologist – San Francisco, CA - Open to VIRTUAL applicants

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School Psychologists for a full-time opportunity with school districts in the San Francisco, CA area. We are seeking professionals who are committed to supporting student mental health, academic performance, and emotional well-being.

Required Qualifications (per California state and district guidelines):

  • Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution

  • Must hold a valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential with authorization in School Psychology

  • Minimum of one year of experience working as a School Psychologist in a K–12 educational setting

  • Must meet all local and state compliance requirements, including:

  • Live Scan fingerprint clearance

  • TB test clearance

  • Proof of required immunizations

  • Completion of mandated reporter training

  • Compliance with district-specific COVID-19 policies

Please Note: Applicants who do not meet the above requirements will not be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret evaluation results

  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist in the development of appropriate goals and accommodations

  • Provide direct counseling services and behavior interventions for students

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to design and implement effective interventions

  • Support crisis intervention, threat assessments, and school safety planning

  • Promote positive school climates and mental health awareness

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
