Are you a highly motivated and skilled School Psychologist looking for a fulfilling contract opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time, onsite position in Seaford, Delaware, for the upcoming 2025-2026 New School Year. This is a fantastic chance to make a significant impact within a supportive school district.

About the Role:

You will serve a K-12 caseload, providing comprehensive psychological services to students across various grade levels. Additional details regarding the specific caseload will be provided during the interview process.

Key Job Duties May Include:

  • Conducting psychoeducational assessments to determine eligibility for special education services and inform intervention planning.
  • Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Providing direct and indirect counseling services to students.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Consulting with school staff on classroom management strategies and effective instructional practices.
  • Crisis intervention and prevention.

Qualifications:

  • Active professional license as a School Psychologist in the state of Delaware is required.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation:

This is a contract position with an average hourly rate of $40-$60 based on experience.
