Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational evaluations to determine student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP and 504 plan development
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management support
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators on academic and behavioral interventions
- Support the implementation of evidence-based programs and interventions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid Florida licensure or certification as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Competitive hourly rate of $40–$50
