School Psychologist - Vero Beach, FL

Make an immediate impact working as a School Psychologist supporting students from Pre-K through 8th grade in a dynamic educational environment near Vero Beach, FL. This contract position runs from September 29, 2026, to June 1, 2027, with a consistent 35-hour workweek and on-site duties. As part of this role, youll have the opportunity to collaborate directly with students, faculty, and families, providing essential assessments and interventions to help students thrive both academically and socially.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid FL DOH School Psychologist License required
• Previous experience working with Pre-K through 8th grade students preferred
• Background in conducting assessments, writing reports, and developing IEPs
• Familiarity with general education interventions and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Ability to complete District fingerprinting; candidates previously fingerprinted with AHCA Clearinghouse may expedite the process
• Comfort working on-site and coming in to HR for badging as required

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and participate in eligibility meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support educational planning
• Develop interventions for behavioral, emotional, and academic concerns
• Provide counseling and direct services to students as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district protocols
