Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Hold (or be eligible for) appropriate state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Solid grasp of assessment tools, counseling strategies, and behavioral interventions for K-12 students
• Experience with individualized education programs (IEPs), multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to support student success
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and 504 Plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster inclusive learning environments
• Provide direct support services, such as counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral consultations
• Assist in gathering details and data to inform intervention planning and progress monitoring
