• Extensive experience assisting staff with strategies for behavior management across multiple environments
• Knowledge of best practices for pre-referral, assessment, and data-driven decision making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to travel between two elementary locations during the school week

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver a broad spectrum of onsite psychological services for elementary students
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
• Provide guidance and training to staff on proactive behavior management techniques
• Conduct pre-referral interventions and participate actively in the evaluation process for student support services
• Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings to support student growth and well-being
• Work closely with school teams to ensure compliance with special education requirements
