We’re working with a student-focused district in Winchester, Virginia (ZIP 22601) that is seeking a compassionate and skilled School Psychologist to join their team for the 2025–2026 school year. This hybrid position offers the best of both worlds—remote flexibility and in-person engagement with students and staff.

Position Details:

  • Location: Winchester, VA (Hybrid – on-site & virtual work)

  • Schedule: Full-time preferred; part-time considered

  • Caseload: K–12 (adjusted to match your experience and strengths)

  • Contract Dates: August 2025 – May 2026

  • Renewal Potential: Yes

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and assessments

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on IEP development

  • Provide consultation and support to teachers and parents

  • Implement and support RTI/MTSS frameworks

  • Deliver services in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

  • Valid Virginia School Psychologist License

  • Experience in school-based settings is highly valued

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Comfortable working in both remote and in-person environments
