Blazer Jobs is seeking dedicated and experienced Sign Language Interpreters (SLIs) to partner with our trusted school district in Harvey, LA. This is a full-time, school-based contract role for the 2025–2026 academic year, with strong potential for renewal based on performance and district need.

Sign Language Interpreters (SLIs)
Location: Harvey, LA
Schedule: Full-Time | 2025–2026 School Year
Starting Rate: $35/hour (Depending on Experience)

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid certification (RID or EIPA score of 3.5+)

• Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL)

• Experience supporting students with hearing impairments

• Previous school-based experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interpretation services in educational settings

• Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and staff

• Support student learning and participation in classroom activities

• Collaborate with educational teams to ensure accessibility

• Maintain accurate service logs and documentation
