Job Description:
As a school-based Sign Language Interpreter, you will play a key role in providing communication access for deaf and hard-of-hearing students. You’ll interpret classroom instruction, school activities, and student interactions, facilitating inclusive learning environments. Your work supports both student engagement and academic achievement by bridging communication between students, educators, and peers.

Minimum Requirements:
All applicants must hold a valid certification recognized by the state of Washington—typically EIPA score of 4.0+, RID certification, or equivalent per OSPI requirements. Candidates must also meet all state and district requirements to work in public schools, including background checks and fingerprinting.
